You don’t have to be local to love The Hemp Company! Excellent customer service and new shopper experience over the phone and with fast shipping. Arrived in just a couple of days with discreet packaging and everything as ordered. Shipping tracking provided and Carol called me when she got the delivery notification to make sure everything arrived correctly and that I was enjoying my product (Boy, was I!) Carol was knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. She was able to guide me through different delta 8 options and helped me find both a daytime strain and a nighttime strain. She was professional and kind and focused on getting me the product that would most help me, not up-selling me on junk. Recommending to all my friends inside the Triangle and out. Looking forward to going to the location the next time I’m in Raleigh.

Can’t say enough good things! They’re super knowledgeable on all their products so you can find the perfect products for you. They’re also super personable and they don’t pressure you into buying anything you’re not interested in and don’t talk down to you as if your clueless- even if you are like I was. It’s a very comfortable environment and great shopping experience. The fact it’s entirely family owned and operated as well is just a cherry on top for me. I mainly dealt with Christian but Drew was there and helped as well and both were absolutely amazing in helping me figure out which products would be best for me and could answer just about any question I had for them. If you haven’t been in yet but you’ve thought about it… what are you waiting for?! RUN don’t walk! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
